X-line orthotic insoles DJD (osteoarthritis) for 1st MTP Joint OA.
The insole works by reducing the upward bending force (dorsiflexion movement) usually put on the big toe as the heel lifts off the ground.
It still allows the other toes to bend normally, this reduces the pain and avoids over-load of other metatarsal joints.
