These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Terms and Conditions Of Sale

All goods and services provided by Trycare Limited (03144924) are subject to the following conditions and no other conditions shall
apply unless agreed in writing prior to acceptance of the order. In these conditions “CUSTOMER” means the person, department,
firm, company or organisation who received goods from ‘Trycare Ltd’ or to whom ‘Trycare Ltd’s’ quotation, invoice or
acknowledgement of order is addressed.


Pricing

All prices are charged exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the current applicable rate at the time of despatch. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and to correct errors and omissions. Quotations where given, are without commitment and no contract between ‘Trycare Ltd’ and the CUSTOMER shall arise unless and until ‘Trycare Ltd’ has accepted the CUSTOMERS order.


Delivery

‘Trycare Ltd’ aims to despatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday the same day, either by first class post or courier service.
Orders received after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched the following day. Orders received after 3pm on Fridays or on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
Damaged goods or short deliveries must be notified immediately. ‘Trycare Ltd’ does not
accept responsibility for damaged or short deliveries unless notified within 48 hours of the CUSTOMER receiving the delivery.

Special Delivery Items

All Bone Augmentation products, pharmaceuticals, implants and collagen will be despatched by Special Registered Delivery at
an additional charge regardless of the total value of the order.

Carriage/Handling Charges

A handling charge may be applied to orders. All orders will be subject to the following carriage charges, plus VAT:

UK Mainland
Standard delivery for customers - £4.95 or free for orders over £50

Isle of Wight
Next Day (no Saturday service available) - £15.00 or free for orders over £200

Highlands & Islands
Standard & Offshore Islands - £18.00 or free for orders over £200

Northern Ireland
Standard - £19.99 or free for orders over £200

Channel Isles
Standard - £45.00

Isle of Man
Standard - £23.00 or free for orders over £200

Republic of Ireland
Standard - £19.99

Equipment & heavy goods may be subject to additional delivery charges.


Returns

Goods being returned for credit or exchange will not be accepted without prior agreement.
Goods returned due to no fault of ‘Trycare Ltd’ may be subject to a restocking fee.
Orders for Special Order nature that are not regular stock lines cannot be returned if supplied correctly.
Damaged or faulty items must be returned with a covering letter stating the defects before ‘Trycare Ltd’ will repair, replace or refund the goods.
All unwanted goods must be returned unused and unmarked within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
All returned goods must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and/or box, protected with additional outer wrapping (i.e. poly bag or similar) to ensure the item remains in a resaleable condition; as deemed by 'Trycare Ltd'.
Human bone is a non-returnable substance.

Pharmaceuticals & Returns

In addition to the above, we are unable to send pharmaceuticals and anaesthetics to Northern Ireland.
Pharmaceuticals and anaesthetics will only be accepted for return from any location with prior permission from 'Trycare Ltd', They must be returned within 3 working days of the invoice date and only for the following reasons:
i) there has been a delivery error.
ii) the products are being returned in response to a product or batch recall.
iii) products have been sold damaged or faulty.
We cannot accept returns of any pharmaceutical products that a customer has ordered in error.
It is illegal for customers to return any item that is contaminated. ‘Trycare Ltd’ reserves the right to refuse to handle any items that do not have a completed decontamination certificate.


Liability

‘Trycare Ltd’ shall not be liable for any loss arising from the fact that the Customer is not suitably qualified to supply, operate
or otherwise use the goods. All goods supplied by this company are intended to be used by suitably qualified persons.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to observe this may result in additional charges and the withdrawl of credit facilities. Credit facilities are discretionary and may be withdrawn by ‘Trycare Ltd’ at any time. All goods remain the property of ‘Trycare Ltd’ until paid for in full.

Warranty

‘Trycare Ltd’ warrants goods against defects for a period of 12 months from the time of delivery.
Any alleged defect must be reported in writing as soon as possible.
No goods should be returned to ‘Trycare Ltd’ without prior authorisation, and all goods shall be returned at the Customers own risk and expense.
Any repair and replacement will be limited to ‘Trycare Ltd’s’ liability to the customer and ‘Trycare Ltd’ will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or a third party.
Goods which have been obtained direct from the manufacturer, at the customers request cannot be returned to ‘Trycare Ltd’ without prior authorisation.

Special Conditions Of Supply

Due to EU regulations, many of our products can only be sold to registered practitioners. We therefore ensure that all customers purchasing these products are either GDC or HCPC registered.

Local Anaesthetics

Confirmation of customers’ qualifications in the use of local anaesthetics must be provided to ‘Trycare Ltd’ before goods are
supplied.

Proper Law

The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms & Conditions and all disputes will be held in the courts of England and Wales.
