Delivers up to 59 applications. Cryospray is a lightweight, portable, self contained unit designed to freeze tissue to temperatures of -59 degrees. Cryospray is based upon the principle that living cells which are rapidly frozen are firstly injured and subsequently die from the effects of the freezing. To avoid possible damage to healthy skin it is recommended that the skin surrounding the area to been treated is protected; for example, by applying a smear of petroleum jelly. Cryospray must not be used on broken skin and protective eyewear and gloves are recommended.
